The Neptune Wish O1 is an all-polymer bathtub. Essentially, plastic granules known as resin are forced into a mold under high heat and pressure. When the material has cooled down, the mold is opened and the bath tub is complete. It is then trimmed and the various systems added. This is a different process from the most common of taking a large sheet of Lucite (plastic), heating it and sucking into a mold, then ejecting, trimming, etc.
